We use it to understand what you need and explain how we can help. ### How do I get started? Call your nearest office or send us your name and number using the form on this page. An adviser will call you back to arrange your free first meeting. ### What can you help me with? Mortgages, life insurance and income protection, pensions and retirement planning, investments, and ISAs. Many clients come to us for one thing and we look at the rest of their finances at the same time. ### Are you independent financial advisers? Yes. We give independent financial advice, which means we can recommend products from across the market rather than from one provider. ### Who will I speak to? Phil Anderson or one of our qualified mortgage and financial advisers, not a call centre. ### How long have you been established? Phil Anderson set up the firm in Ellon in October 2011. Phil has worked in financial services for more than 25 years. ### Where are your offices? Ellon (head office), Aberdeen and Wick in Scotland, and Wetherby and Wilmslow in England. We also have advisers based in Inverness, South Queensferry and Hamilton. ### Do I need to live near one of your offices? No. As well as meeting in person, we meet clients by phone, Zoom, Teams and WhatsApp, so you can speak to an adviser from wherever you are. ### Can you come to my home? Yes. Home and evening visits are available by appointment, and we also meet by phone, Zoom, Teams and WhatsApp. ### What are your opening hours? Our offices are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Evening appointments are available on request. ### What do I need to bring to my first meeting? Nothing is essential. If you have them, recent payslips, bank statements and details of any existing mortgages, pensions or policies help us give you answers sooner. ### How much does mortgage advice cost? We charge £250 when you apply for a mortgage to buy a property and £100 for a remortgage, refunded in full if the lender rejects your application. ### Can you help if my situation is not straightforward? Yes. Alongside first homes and remortgages, we arrange mortgages for contractors, expats, foreign nationals, self-build, guest houses and B&Bs, commercial property and overseas homes. ### Do you arrange buy to let mortgages? Yes, for individual landlords and for limited company buy to let. ### Do you offer equity release? Yes, equity release is one of our mortgage specialisms. We will give you a personalised illustration so you understand the features and risks before you decide. ### Do you advise employers? Yes. We help employers set up and review workplace pensions and group personal pensions, meet their auto enrolment duties and plan employee benefits. ### Are you regulated? Yes. Phil Anderson Financial Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FCA number 631218.
